Our V-Con clamps are at the heart of our newest generation of low-cost, high precision linear motion systems.

These innovative clamps are used to hold a piece of 1/2" cold rolled steel at a 45 degree angle for use as a V-bearing way.

Different cross sections of steel can be used for different applications. 1" x 1/2" steel provides clearance for our rack and pinion drives, while 3/4" x 1/2" steel can be used for low profile applications. We suggest a V-Con clamp be used every 12"-15" to ensure straight rails.
