Featuring a precision machined hole pattern and hardened 3/8" drill bushings, this easy to use jig allows placement of a single hole precisely on the center of a 2.5" cold rolled steel rail using nothing but a hand drill. Working with 4" steel? No problem -- just rotate the jig 90 degrees and you're set to drill two holes spaced 1.5" apart on the center line of your steel. A perfect companion to our custom machine kits, this jig takes any precision setup out of making your own rails. The jig ships with a split-point 3/8" drill bit that is designed for drilling steel.
