Mach4 converts a simple Windows based PC or Laptop to a fully featured CNC controller.

We have provided a version of Mach4 with a custom user interface for extremely easy setup and operation of all Avid CNC machines.

Please Note

Avid CNC is an authorized reseller of Mach4. Upon purchase, you will be provided with a registration code and instructions to obtain your license and software via email.

Registration codes for software-only orders will be delivered the same business day if ordered before 12:00pm Pacific Time, or the next business day otherwise.

You are purchasing a Mach4 Hobby edition license. The custom Avid CNC profile is only compatible with this edition of Mach4.

Software purchases are non-refundable after registration codes are delivered.

Operating system: Windows 7 or later (64-bit, Windows 10 or Windows 11 preferred)
Network connection: Ethernet port or adapter
CPU: 2Ghz; 4-core; Intel i5, AMD Ryzen 5, or better
RAM: 8GB
Storage: SSD (for primary drive)
Minimum screen resolution: 1920 x 1080

Product Notes

Mach4 Hobby license may be used with any downloaded version of Mach4.
Avid CNC provides a custom Mach4 profile intended for use with Avid CNC machines.
Mach4 is compatible with Avid CNC Legacy Plug and Play CNC Controllers (sold until August 2024) and other Ethernet SmoothStepper controls. However, it is not compatible with Avid CNC EX Control Systems (Centroid/CNC12).
