More Power, Same Precision: Increase from 15 watts to 45 watts of diode laser power for faster engraving, faster cutting, and deeper single pass cuts. Retain the same precision for detail work as the 15 watt laser, with a beam width of 0.007".
Continuous Use Capable: With advanced cooling technology, Opt's 45 watt laser head is designed for long duty cycles, meaning you can make long runs without worrying about your machine.
Dual Power: The XT8 allows you to switch between 50% power for finer engraving control and 100% power for high-speed cutting.
Diverse Material Compatibility: Capable of cutting a wide range of wood-based materials, leather, textiles, plastics, and more, as well as engrave metals such as carbon steel and anodized aluminum.
Maintain Seamless Tool Switching: Calibrate X, Y, and Z offsets during laser setup, and enjoy the same seamless tool switching as the 15 watt laser.
Improved Safety: With an updated arming box, an on-board LED signaling when the laser head is armed, and the included safety beam cover to reduce laser light reflection, the XT8 raises the bar for safe operation.
