Auto Z & Corner Finding Touch Plate¶
The Avid CNC Auto Z and Corner Finding Touch Plate system allows for quick and precise setting of your tool height and work piece corner/edge location.

Operation Note
The touchplate must be electrically isolated from the machine to function as intended. It cannot be used directly on metal or workholding that has a conductive path to the machine frame.
Software Note
The Avid CNC Mach4 installer provides our version of Mach4, which is configured with full integration for use with the Auto Z and Corner Finding Touch Plate.
